Our Story

Founded by Ross Wait, Gravitate is built on a passion for sport, social impact, and community engagement. With over 15 years of experience across corporate, government, and education sectors, Ross has led award-winning initiatives that connect businesses with meaningful causes.

Ross has worked internationally and collaborated with organisations such as the Olympic Organising Committee, Red Bull London, New York Giants, Arsenal Football Club, and Port Adelaide Football Club, exploring the social impact of brands, athletes, and talent on communities.

By combining sport, education, and CSR, Ross has designed programs that inspire young people, empower businesses, and create long term social change.

Our commitment to creating meaningful social change extends through Raiise, an initiative led by Gravitate that supports schools, sporting organisations, and workplaces in building cultures of equality, respect, and safety. Together, we’re empowering communities to make lasting change.
